CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to book the day you want, please add yourself to the waitlist. We continuously check our waitlist and work to accommodate the date you request if possible.

All cancellations not made within 24hours (48hrs for installs) of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of service total scheduled. No call, No show will be charged FULL SERVICE PRICE.

To ensure safety, in compliance with the COVID-19 safety procedures and guidelines we ask that you wear a mask at all times during your appointment.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

We are located in the one story white brick buildings, Suite A

We are a small private studio and do not have room for extra guest.

If your hair has just been taken out of braids then please comb out your hair prior to your service or an additional fee will be charged. Please inform us if your hair is TANGLED.
